Stan owns design at NavigateX. He is the lead on the NavigateX and Janus by NavigateX visual systems, from the marks and palettes through to the application interfaces, data visualizations, and brand surfaces.
He brings decades of experience across brand, print, and digital, including a long-running run as the owner of his own brand agency. His work spans industries: automotive, government, travel, publishing, and the non-profit sector. The thread across that range is a strategic, meticulous design process anchored in clear brand thinking.
Before joining NavigateX he was Head of Design at RethinkX, where he led the visual identity for the organization's public research, presentations, and partnership program. His expertise spans graphic design, web and application development, user experience, and user interface design, all of which feed into the Janus product surface as much as the marketing-side brand work.
In his personal time he is usually somewhere in the Aotearoa New Zealand landscape with his wife, Taryn, on their camper adventures.
